Conference registration must be completed using the PBSA account of the individual attending. For group registrations, each participant must have their own PBSA account within your organization.

Due to PCI Compliance, please do NOT provide any credit card information via email. Pay via credit card online or by phone. Check payments must be mailed to PBSA headquarters.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations or transfers must be submitted in writing. Requests received on or before **September 18, 2026**, will incur a **15% cancellation fee**. No refunds will be granted after this date.
PBSA is not responsible for weather-related issues or costs related to travel or accommodations if the attendee is unable to participate.
PBSA reserves the right to cancel the event. If canceled, a full refund will be issued. PBSA may substitute content, format, or speakers without issuing refunds.
Attendee List
You may receive emails or other messages from companies claiming to have PBSA conference attendee lists for sale. These are scams, please email info@thepbsa.org to let us know if you receive any of these solicitations, report them as spam to your email provider, and delete the message.
