Jamie Pelchat
Jamie Pelchat is currently the Vice President of Compliance with HireRight and has been in the background screening industry for over 20 years. She has held positions as project manager, IT liaison, VP of Operations, and VP of Compliance. Jamie regularly participates in PBSA federal advocacy days and was Chair of the PBSA U.S. Council for 2025. Formerly, she was Co-Chair of the U.S. Industry Practices committee (2017-2023), of which she is still an active volunteer.
Jamie has a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Kansas State University. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US, CIPM), and holds a PBSA FCRA Advanced Certificate, among other credentials.
