PBSA continues to evaluate every available path for a solution to the issue of redacted identifiers and we will continue to do so until we have a workable solution. PBSA’s efforts are centered around litigation opportunities while our allies at the Consumer Data Industry Association have agreed to focus on the legislative angles. In order to purse all available options, we need your financial assistance

The PBSA anticipate this will be a lengthy and expensive process, lasting well into 2023, at a cost of more than $500,000. The BOD has designated significant funds for litigation. However, we need you to help financially support this effort.
