My role at PBSA:

At PBSA, I help members understand how U.S. governmental verification tools from the SSA, IRS, USCIS, and DHS can strengthen due diligence processes. These systems help protect CRAs from potential litigation by offering preeminent government-verified services, while clients benefit from reduced fraud and identity theft thanks to 100% accurate source data.

Why I wanted to volunteer with PBSA:

I wanted to volunteer with PBSA because I truly enjoy connecting with my peers and sharing what I've learned in the past seventeen years as a liaison with federal agencies. It's a great way to give back to a community that's given me so much.

What I do when not at work:

Outside of work, I direct the Men's Vocal Band at my church, participate in other church activities, and enjoy staying in touch with friends and family. Music and community are a big part of my life.

What I'm reading:

Currently, I'm reading Chiseled By Grace by my friend Pastor Victor Pena, Intimate Friendship With God by Joy Dawson, and daily selections from the Old and New Testaments.

Favorite website, podcast, blogs, etc.:

During hockey season, you'll find me viewing the Buffalo Sabres website. I also enjoy the humor and insight of commentators Andrew Klavan and Matt Walsh.

On my desk right now (books, personal items, etc.):

After my triple bypass surgery in August 2024, my desk setup got an upgrade. It now contains an arm cuff blood pressure monitor, finger pulse oximeter, and a mobile 6-lead EKG unit. I take readings every morning to keep my heart (and peace of mind) in good shape. My guitar is also nearby... but it's a little bit on the "lonely" side!
