Part 1 of the FCRA Crash Course will cover key FCRA requirements for: the vetting of new clients, legal certifications, consent, adverse action, full file responses, and disputes. Although the session will primarily focus on “fundamentals,” it will include some “nuggets of wisdom” in each area for veteran industry-members.
