To enjoy the member rate, all attendees must have an active membership at the time of the conference.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or transfer requests received by March 20 will incur a 15% fee. After March 20, refunds are granted at PBSA’s discretion only for extraordinary circumstances, such as the death of an immediate family member. No refunds are provided for failure to attend, late arrival, early departure, or weather-related issues. PBSA is not responsible for airfare, hotel, technical issues, or other costs related to the conference.
PBSA reserves the right to cancel events, offering full refunds in such cases, and to modify event content, format, or presenters without issuing refunds.
Attendee List
You may receive emails or other messages from companies claiming to have PBSA conference attendee lists for sale. These are scams, please email info@thepbsa.org to let us know if you receive any of these solicitations, report them as spam to your email provider, and delete the message.
