Sarah Baldeo
Sarah Baldeo has 14 years of senior leadership experience driving Business process improvement in line with compliance. Developing technology that leverages AI, machine learning & neural networks to create automation and new opportunities for growth has been at the center of her career.
Sarah attended York University to pursue a Bachelor of Science Specialized Honours degree in Neuroscience. After graduating and completing her thesis work in mental attentional functionality in fMRIs she also completed certifications in Research & Ethics Compliance & Canadian Payroll and Legislation.
After her academic work in pre-med she worked as a Research Assistant in social perception and neuroscience labs before investing in marketing certifications at Ryerson University.
Sarah has also attended Princeton University via distance education and is an MBA candidate at University of Toronto.
Sarah is the Vice President for the Screening, Digital Identity and Driver Risk Divisions at ISB Global Services – she is based in Toronto, Ontario. Sarah first joined PBSA as part of the U.S. Communications Committee – she then joined the Canadian Board of Directors and is the current Chair of the Communications Committee. In her spare time Sarah writes for hr.com and enjoys travelling with her 9 year old.
