Dawn Standerwick
Dawn Standerwick, the Vice President of Strategic Growth for Employment Screening Resources (ESR), is a seasoned industry professional with 25 years of experience in all facets of workforce screening. She has extensive knowledge in background screening, substance abuse testing, occupational health testing and related HR technologies.
Prior to joining ESR, Dawn held senior positions in the screening industry as Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Vice President of Business Development. In addition to her employment work experience, Dawn has been called upon as a background screening subject matter expert.
Dawn is a long time member of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) and currently serves on the executive board as immediate past chair. ESR is a founding member of NAPBS and is proud to be an accredited company.
Dawn also served on the Board of Directors for HR Tampa, Florida's largest Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Chapter, as a co-director of Sponsorships in 2013.
