Noelle Harling
Noelle Harling is Senior Vice President of Frasco, Inc. and the founder of Frasco Profiles, Frasco’s consumer reporting division.
A thirty-year industry veteran, Ms. Harling is a recognized speaker and author on employment background screening and has spoken and written widely on topics such as legal compliance, Ban the Box, background check basics, the benefits of hiring formerly justice-involved individuals, and marijuana and the opioid epidemic.
Ms. Harling is a current member of the Board of Directors of the Professional Background Screening Association, as well as a member of the Background Screening Credentialing Council. She is also a former HR.com Legal, Compliance & Employment Law Advisory Board member.
Ms. Harling is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA), the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA), and the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and has been a featured speaker at the California HR Conference.
