Marc Bourne
Marc Bourne is currently Vice President of Background Services with Workforce QA, and oversees background screening, training, and compliance, with a focus on regulated industries like DOT and FAA. With over 25 years of experience in the background screening industry, Marc has worked across both the CRA and vendor sides of the business. He began his career as a Co-Founder of the family-owned CRA and wholesale research firm, Know It All Intelligence Group, where he led operations for 19 years. During that time, Marc was proud to be one of the founding members of NAPBS/PBSA and a member of the Public Records Advisory Group.
Marc is a member of the Background Screening Credentialing Council (BSCC), serving as BSCC Chair (2024-2025). Additionally, Marc is a licensed Private Investigator in Pennsylvania and currently serves as the 2nd Vice President of the Pennsylvania Association of Licensed Investigators (PALI) and is a member of Intellenet, an invitation-only International Investigators Association.
