Rate is per person. Payment must be received by the deadlines indicated below in order to qualify for the reduced rates.
Due to PCI Compliance, please do NOT provide any credit card information via email. Pay via credit card online or by phone. Check payments must be mailed to PBSA headquarters.

Cancellations or transfers must be submitted in writing. Requests received on or before **September 29, 2025**, will incur a **15% cancellation fee**. After this date, refunds are granted **at PBSA’s discretion** only in cases of death, illness, or other extraordinary circumstances. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, unattended events, or early departures.
PBSA is not responsible for weather-related issues or costs related to travel or accommodations if the attendee is unable to participate.
PBSA reserves the right to cancel the event. If canceled, a full refund will be issued. PBSA may substitute content, format, or speakers without issuing refunds.
Registered conference attendees may purchase evening guest passes for non-industry guests at the registration desk for $250 USD. These passes allow access to evening events on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
